PerforManaging Consultancy Ltd. is a managing consultancy company which was founded by Mrs. Arzu Ergul, in London. The company gives services in various sectors throughout Europe.
Mrs. Ergul is an Industrial Engineer and has a master's degree in Human Resource Management. She is Chartered Quality Professional (CQP) and Member of Chartered Quality Institute
She worked at polyurethane, logistics, port services, manufacturing, automotive, construction, and energy sectors. In big scaled companies, she reported to the board, therefore she has a holistic approach to business. She directed quality management departments, health, and safety departments, environment departments. However, she worked as an advisor for HR processes. She liaised with HR departments for common projects, like personnel performance management system, employee suggestion system, measuring employee satisfaction, measuring perception of employee loyalty and justice, defining & improving HR processes, etc.
She has intensive experience in establishing and maintaining management systems through digital platforms also, transforming existing systems and processes to digital platforms. She installs systems, based on the process by defining, mapping, determining, measuring (metrics and key performance indicators), analyzing, and improving processes in line with the company's strategies and standards. She leads companies for organizational development under the EFQM Excellence Model.
Besides, she is a career coach & mentor. She looks forward to helping individuals as well. She is awarded as Associated Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and member of ICF.
Also, she has managed Health and Safety Processes of the companies, she recently proved herself by gaining NEBOSH National General Certificate and was awarded as a TechIOSH by IOSH.
